Terms of Service

1. Agreement & As-Is Service Provision

By creating an account or using AutoResell (“the service”), you agree to these Terms of Service. AutoResell provides operations, financial reconciliation, repricing, and inventory automation software designed specifically for eBay sellers.

The service is provided on an “as is” and “as available” basis, without warranties of any kind, whether express, statutory, or implied, including but not limited to merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, or non-infringement.

2. Seller Responsibility & Pricing Decisions

You are solely responsible for your eBay seller account, listings, product inventory, fulfillment timeliness, buyer communications, and all pricing decisions. While AutoResell provides calculation, synchronization, and automation tools, all business strategies, listing prices, profit margins, and operational decisions remain entirely your responsibility. You agree to ensure that your use of the platform complies with eBay's User Agreement and applicable policies.

3. Automations & Configured Rules

Automated features (including repricing updates, inventory quantity sync, and tracking fulfillments) act strictly within the parameters, rules, floor and ceiling thresholds, and approval workflows configured and authorized by you. You are responsible for reviewing and verifying rule configurations and approving actions designated for human-in-the-loop review before they are executed on live eBay storefronts.

4. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, AutoResell and its operators shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or any loss of profits, sales, revenue, data, goodwill, or eBay seller account standing resulting from or related to your use of the service.

Our total aggregate liability for any claim arising out of or relating to these terms or the service shall be limited to the amounts paid by you to AutoResell in the three (3) months preceding the event giving rise to liability.
